Something we are all familiar with. It happens to all of us and not all of us have the will to ignore them and say no.
Just last night, I craved for an ice blended mocha coffee, but I could not decide if I was hungry or I just wanted something cold and sweet. However, I did not want to go out to pick up coffee either so instead of thinking about it (my goodness, I could taste the mocha and smell the aroma of the coffee), I brushed my teeth and went to bed.
By choosing to ignore my cravings, I was able to avoid extra sugar and calories. Imagine that. It proves that when we say no to cravings, we are saying yes to be healthy. But please, giving in once a while is good for you, too. Deprivation does not work ever.
