Forgiveness is an act of freeing yourself not the other person. When you forgive, you let go of negativity, of grudges and ill feelings towards another. Grudges and hate eat you up inside, and we don’t want that. When you forgive, it is healthy. You set your heart and mind free and believe us when we say it is one of the most wonderful feelings.

  1. Indulge.

Yes, please. Eat your favorite food twice a month or even once a week. Don’t think of it as extra calories; consider it a reward for eating clean most of the time and exercising regularly. Don’t feel guilty because you know what? You deserve it.

  1. Bask in the sun and enjoy the fresh air.

One of the things we take for granted is the beauty of sunlight. It is at its best in the morning and late afternoon. Go out and enjoy it. It gives instant joy. Fresh air is another thing we should appreciate more often. They are the little pleasures in life, without which the world won’t ever be the same.
